An air conditioning shop on Lee Boulevard.

How we think about it

In Florida, dry matters as much as cool.

Most of what goes wrong with air conditioning here comes back to water: drains that clog, coils that stay wet, buildings that get humid when nobody's there. Get the water right and a lot of the rest follows.

So that's where we start — whether it's a clinic that needs to stay at a steady humidity, a restaurant closing for August, or a house being locked up for the summer.
